Being a solo developer generally means you’re in charge of all aspects of the game development process, from asset creation and programming to marketing and social media management. This blog is for me to document what I’ve learned during this process and to share my experiences with others.
A big focus of what I do is sustainable development, which means promoting and participating in healthy development habits and avoiding burnout. Additionally, I’m also focusing on being a small developer with little-to-no budget (beyond development time). To this end, a lot of what I post here will focus on improving efficiency in my design processes and finding affordable solutions to problems.
